Fungi VS Bacteria
Fungi and bacteria are living things.
Fungi include mold, mushrooms, and yeast. We can see mold and mushrooms. The black dots seen on bread are most likely mold. Yeast is too small to see with the naked eyes. We can see it only under a microscope.
Similar to yeast, bacteria are tiny living things that can be seen only with a microscope. Both yeast and bacteria are microscopic. However, yeast is bigger than bacteria.
Some bacteria are useful. They help us in many ways, including breaking down food, preventing harmful bacteria from growing, and cleaning the environment.
